RETURN & REFUND POLICY — Shop With Vanny Last updated: April 2026

30-Day Return Policy We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, with all tags attached and in original packaging.

EU Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer law.

Please include your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Do not send items back without prior authorisation — unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect. In those cases, we will cover the return shipping cost in full.

Damaged or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at j.ras1@shopwithvanny.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will resolve it promptly at no additional cost to you.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at j.ras1@shopwithvanny.com.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalised products
  • Personal care items that have been opened or used
  • Hazardous materials
  • Sale items and gift cards
